Is there a free version?+
Yes. The Free plan is free forever for up to 3 people – including timer, absences and monthly statement PDF.
How is billing calculated?+
Per active person per month, excl. VAT. People who leave are no longer billed from the next period. Pay by card or SEPA direct debit.
Can I switch or cancel any time?+
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the end of the period. Monthly plans can be cancelled monthly.
Where is my data stored?+
In the EU, in Frankfurt (AWS eu-central-1). You can sign the data processing agreement directly in the app.
Do AI features cost extra?+
No. Insights are included from Pro and are opt-in – they only run if you switch them on.
