The obligation

Since the German Federal Labour Court ruling of 13 Sept 2022, employers in Germany must record working time systematically. zeitfair records start, end and breaks and checks the ArbZG rules.

Corrections

Changes to recorded times require a reason and are logged with history — auditable for inspectors and the works council.
